At CCL, she built and operationalized business offerings to develop and deliver custom leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies, like Salesforce and PayPal, across the Americas. She has excelled as a Faculty Evaluator at Western Governors University, an Adjunct Faculty member at San Diego City College, and a Marketing Learning & Engagement Strategist at Intel. With deep expertise in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement within the EdTech ecosystem, Kerrith is committed to a holistic approach that integrates education, self-awareness, and strategic problem-solving.

As President of Maven Consulting, Inc., she has provided evidence-based consulting to enhance people and organizational performance. Previously, as a Strategic Business Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership, she developed leadership solutions, guided organizational strategies, and built a multimillion-dollar business pipeline. A passionate educator, she has taught at UC San Diego School of Medicine, SDSU Fowler College of Business, and Alliant International University, emphasizing creativity, innovation, and organizational behavior as essential skills for future leaders.
