No, it is not required to be an E2i Partners consulting client in order to feature your academic programs on the E2i Partners platform. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and industry by promoting programs that align with corporate learning and development needs.

Can we showcase all of our programs on the E2i Partners platform?

Not all programs are eligible for inclusion. E2i Partners is primarily focused on programs that support adult learning, corporate training, and similar professional development initiatives. However, we will consider K12 work-based programs that support our mission. We are looking for programs with the capabilities to integrate into corporate structures in a meaningful and productive manner to build skill across the learning continuum to deliver a more skilled workforce. Only programs that meet this criteria will be considered for the platform.

Do we need to be a college or a university to be showcased on E2i Partners Platform?

No. While we prioritize research-based learning, E2i Partners showcases programs and capabilities backed by proven methodologies that drive measurable outcomes—whether from universities, colleges, or other expert-led learning organizations.

How do we know if our programs align with E2i Partners' focus areas?

How were the program categories determined?

What if our research-based learning programs or resources do not fit in any one of E2i Partners Platform categories?

Yes. We will have a limited number of schools and learning organizations we work with. The aim is to provide corporate leaders with a robust portfolio of academic institutions and learning organizations that offer a broad-range of resources to support their workforce development needs. We will be looking for well-rounded learning organizations with expertise, capabilities, and bandwidth to support enterprise L&D initiatives. We will limit the number of participating schools and learning organizations we work with to maximize their opportunity to be seen.

Will the size and shape of E2i Partners Program Portfolio change and evolve over time?

Yes. We will thoughfully manage the number and selection of programs we provide on the E2i Platform. We will evolve our portfolio of learning organizations to align with industry business demands. As we grow, so will our platform and portfolio program offerings. As business trends advance, so will we. Our goal is to support academic institutions through industry evolution and transformation.

Where does our E2i Partners Platform subsciption payments and sponsorship dollars go?

We are pioneering a new approach to workforce development by bridging education to industry through the build of an ecosystem aimed at delivering more effective skill development outcomes. This ecosystem will optimize the expertise of both education and industry to collaboratively close current industry skill gaps and more effectively shape the workforce of the future. The funds generated from the participating portfolio of schools will be used to shape a go-to resource, market to and engage corporate leaders in this collaborative work.

Does E2i Partners take a revenue share of academic programs delivered?

No. Our aim is to elevate opportunities and relevancy for academic institutions and to use innovative research to advance organizations and grow their schools. Our services are separate from this ambition. Our services include partnership formation frameworks, support in program co-creation, and aligning learning programs to corporate strategic goals to increase program ROI. Our service fees will based on the business needs presented by both academic institutions and corporate organizations.

What if we need support to customize or align our programs for corporate learning? Can E2i Partners help?

Yes. We specialize in tailoring educational programs to meet corporate training requirements. If your programs require adjustments to better align with industry needs, we can work with you to customize them for optimal impact.

Do we have to retain E2i Partners for full-service consulting when working with them?

No. E2i Partners offers flexible service options. You are welcome to engage us for one or more specific services rather than committing to a full-service consulting arrangement. We tailor our offerings to meet your unique business needs.

Are E2i Consultants fully employed by E2i Partners?

No. We aim to build an ecosystem that is bigger that E2i Partners. E2i Consultants will be independent consultants. They will consist of the most talented industry experts in the field. E2i Consultants will have deep expertise in curriculum development, corporate L&D, consulting, academic leadership, corporate leadership and/or business development backgrounds to work as the connective tissue between education and industry.

Are E2i Consultants certified by E2i Partners?

Yes. Our consultants will be required to complete our E2i Partners certification every 12 months. Each E2i Partners Consultant be certified in E2i Partners methodology and approach to building transformative partnerships, program customization, and alignment to corporate strategy. As independent E2i Consultants, they will also participate in E2i Partners internal best practices forums of newly developed methodologies and programs that demonstrate strong outcomes to scale productivity and efficiency across our work. These forums will keep E2i Partners approach fluid and evolving to inform participating schools and corporate organizations with productive measure that work.

Where can I find an E2i Partners Consultant?

Can I select a specific consultant to work with on my project?

Yes, you may request to work with a particular consultant, provided they are available and have the relevant expertise for the scope of your project.
